Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thanks to eagle eyed message readers, I was busy doing something else and put in the wrong address for the meeting next Wednesday.

it should have read:

FIRST: A REMINDER ABOUT OUR OPEN MEETING NEXT WEEK.

WEDNESDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 7 – 9 P.M.  THE DURNING LIBRARY,
ASCOT RACE COURSE.

This is going to be a brilliant and really informative evening, with something for everyone.  These events are – use them – or lose them ????  If people don’t turn up, we won’t be able to persuade speakers to give up their time to attend again !!!

The Agenda will be:

Opening – Jeff Pick – current Crime Reduction advice
Honor Ryan, Trading Standards – Current Scams & Frauds.  She will also demonstrate the ‘True Call’ Call Blocker phone
Jane Levers – a victim of a Courier Fraud – why she fell for it and how she has felt since – being a victim has a lasting effect
W&A NHW Association volunteer IT guru  – Video Doorbells - why should you get one – How easy are they to install - FAQs

Please spread the message far and wide – we need a really good attendance to justify the time involved by everyone.
