Report for June and GDPR Compliance

Alert message sent 05/07/2020 22:00:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Dear Co-ordinator,
As we get used to the new normal, we will continue to require your support to keep a vigil on community safety. The lock-down period helped us revive the existing schemes in Slough. I’ve been working as Multi Scheme Admin for Slough since the start of this year.
Monthly update is as follows:
  • I’ve delivered 50 signs and 100 door stickers this month to the co-ordinators, who have been in contact with me. Please feel free to contact me for NHW signs, stickers etc.
  • The virtual AGM is scheduled to take place on 15/08/2020. You can find the details here, https://www.tvnhwa.org.uk/agm/.
GDPR Compliance

I’m updating the NHW schemes in Slough and their contacts to keep the database accurate.
  • If you are a running a scheme in Slough, can I ask you to please contact me at mabu.shaik.nhw@hotmail.com or reply to this email. If I don’t hear from you, your role will be updated to a member. I'm already in contact with many co-ordinators, whose details have been updated.
  • Please ensure that your scheme is shown in ourwatch.org.uk and that the mapped area reflects scheme coverage.
This process will ensure that our database is current and meets the GPDR requirements.

Thanking you.
