East Oxford Hub Important Information

Alert message sent 26/03/2020 21:20:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

This has come from Oxford City Councillor  to forward
East Oxford Hub
I wanted to introduce myself as the lead for the East Oxford Hub which went live today alongside the four other across the city.  Alongside me is Lenny Sackey as deputy and our satellite hub in Barton, is headed up by Paul Wilding and Craig Morbey as deputy. Depending on the case load, Barton may in the future become a standalone hub. We will be operating from the East Oxford Community Centre and in Barton out of the Neighbourhood Centre for the foreseeable future.
As you will appreciate this is a very busy time, but we have a great team, including support from Oxford Direct Services, all who were put forward to work in the Hub because of their adaptability and can do attitude.  I will keep you updated and will rely on your knowledge of your residents to assist us in making sure all of those in need are given the right support.
Please feel free to ask me or the team any questions or raise issues.  I would be grateful if you did this via email, unless it is urgent, rather than phone as it will help me to keep a record of issues.  Thank you.
If you come across any resident that needs additional support due to the Coronavirus outbreak, please do ask them to contact the City Council.
To make sure the City Council can respond to needs, all residents that require this extra support are urged to:
Call the City Council Contact Centre on 01865 249 811   as the single point of contact
use the online form to ask for help
For you information, the wards covered by East Oxford Hub are:
·       Iffley Fields
·       Cowley Marsh
·       Churchill
Barton covers:
·       Barton and Sandhills
·       Quarry and Risinghurst

Kind Regards,
