Phone calls to landlines sounding recorded message saying that you used your Internet for illegal activities and will stop the service in the next 24/48 hours, and to fix that you press 1 to speak to the service manager, that will direct you to person asking you about how many devices connected to your Internet? and asking which type of phone you use and to go to play store to download app and they will go with you step by step to set it up, results of that will send all your information on your phone including your personal details and you will become victim of SCAM, please put the phone down once you experience any similar landlines phone calls, there`s different type of SCAM like phone, mail, online, doorstep etc. for more details visit www.actionfraud.police.uk , and remember SCAM is no.1 crime in the UK.
