Appeal for witnesses after a burglary - Edlesborough

 

A burglary has been reported in Edlesborough overnight on Sunday (29/09) to Monday (01/10).

 

The attacked property is on Brook Street and the crime happened between 10:30pm and 7am.

 

Offende(s) smashed a porch window and reached in to turn the key in an internal door. They searched the property, stealing a wallet, items from a handbag, tablet and car keys.

 

A red Audi was then stolen from outside. It is believed that the offender(s) initially pushed the vehicle from the drive, to avoid waking the residents up.

 

PC Mark Kates, based at Aylesbury Police Station, is investigating this crime. He would like to hear from anyone that might have seen or heard anything suspicious that night.
