Nothing to report in RBWM !
This has happened elsewhere:
02/07/2018 Page turner Court, Merton Road, Ambrosden, Bicester: Caller reporting that the trailer he has only had for 2 days, has been stolen. The
padlock to the site has been removed and footprints show that 2 people have
wandered around the site, opened doors (chained closed but not shut tight) and taken the trailer.
29/06/2018 Church, Wroxton, Banbury. Caller has noticed there is lead missing from the church roof; he has no time frame when this might have happened, but this is the 3 church he looks after, that this has happened to in the last month.
29/06/2018 Solar farm, Hanney Road, Steventon, Abingdon. Caller reporting that 4 solar panels have been removed from the array and left on the
floor. At the same time, the SSE substation just outside the perimeter fence has had the key box and security light smashed. It appears that the offender parked in the lay-by on Hanney Road and have jumped over bushes into field and gain entry to the solar farm by cutting the lock off the gate.
28/06/2018 farm, Dean Road, Stewkley, Leighton Buzzard. A quad bike has been stolen from a locked farm building - the door was re-locked behind the offenders and no damage to the gates, so assume access was over fields.
A trailer has also been taken. The caller has seen on social media that a neighbouring farm has also had a break in. Ifor Williams 10’ x 5’6 Livestock trailer marked with ‘GOSS’ and postcode LU7 0EX. The tow board had a security box lock. Quad bike – VIN 1HFTE25U064505114
28/06/2018 - 29/06/2018 Banbury Cemetary, Southam Road, Banbury. Locks broken off containers to steal power tools - tens of thousands of pounds worth.
28/06/2018 Waste & Recycling Centre, Rabans Lane, Aylesbury. Offenders have gained access from around the back of the site, cutting through a metal fence. They have then moved a 8/9 tonne container full of wood, to access another containing metal. Metal stolen - 3rd break in at this site, in a month
