Man charged after motorist failed to stop for police in Reading

Thames Valley Police has charged a man after a motorist failed to stop for police in Reading.

Kashif Chowdhary, 27, of Primrose Close, Reading, has been charged and is due to appear at Slough Magistrates Court on June 19.

He has been charged with the following offences:

• Failing to stop for police
• Driving otherwise in accordance of their license
• Driving without insurance
• Obstructing police officers in the course of their duty.

These offences relate to an incident on February 19, on Western Elms Avenue.
