11/2  Sunday 4.25 p.m.  Altmore, Cherry garden Lane.  The owner looked out and saw two men flytipping onto his land.  It consisted of building waste and a car tyre.  They then made off in a silver Vauxhall Zafira.  The aggrieved took down the index and this will be followed up.  Description of the offenders - 1.  Asian man, in his 30s, wearing a black jacket.  2.  Asian man, in his 30s, wearing a red and green sweatshirt.  Fly tipping is an offence and should be reported immediately using 999, if it is in progress.  Otherwise, if you find any, please report it to us on the 101 number.  If it is on public land, it should also be reported to RBWM.  Their Environmental Services Team, will remove it as quickly as possible.  If it is on Private land - unfortunately - it is the responsibility of the landowner, to remove it.  If the waste includes dangerous materials / substances - this can cost a great deal of money.
