Appeal for info after theft of a car in Bracknell

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following the theft of a white Seat Ibiza registration OU12XWO from the Peel Centre car park, Bracknell on Sunday 4th February 2018.

The car had been parked, in the section of car park facing The Point complex, and left locked and secure at 4.15pm at which time the owner attended the nearby bowling alley with friends. Whilst the owner was occupied the car keys were acquired by offenders who stole the car sometime before before 4.45pm and proceeded to drive it out of town, through Wokingham towards Arborfield.

 

The car was crashed into a tree near Ellis Hill farm, Sindlesham Road, Aborfiled at 6.20pm that evening at which time 3 or 4 persons were seen to flee the scene.

 

Investigating officer constable 7295 Paul Bentley would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the theft or seen anything suspicious.
