Did you know... a number of rural crimes can be avoided by taking a few simple steps. Here are some top tips to help keep your property secure:

• Keep the boundaries of your land and property well-maintained and secure
• Fit strong locks to sheds, garages and outbuildings
• Check security equipment regularly to ensure it is working properly
• Lock equipment away in a secure building when it’s not in use
• Security mark your tools and equipment
