This message is dated Monday 10th July 2017 for Windsor.

 

Barry Avenue Saturday 9.30 p.m.  Distraction Theft:

One man distracted the aggrieved asking for directions, while another man picked his pocket – stealing his wallet.  Both men looked Middle Eastern, both balding.  1.  5’10, well built, well dressed, little English.  2.  Similar height but thinner.  Cash received from 2 cash tills.

23/6 – 9/7  High Street.  Burglary  The owner has found that items of jewellery have gone missing from a jewellery box.  There has been no forced entry and they are unsure who would have had access to remove them as there is no evidence of forced entry.

7/7 – 8/7  Friday 7 p.m. / Saturday 6.30 a.m.  Albert Street.  Car wing mirror kicked off.

8/7  Saturday 2.50 a.m. / 3.05 a.m.  Arthur Road.  Car damaged during a fight.

9/7  Sunday 11 a.m. / 3 p.m.  Alexandra Gardens Car Park.  Car passenger window smashed.  Nothing appears to have been stolen.

8/7 – 9/7  Saturday 11 p.m. / Sunday 10 a.m.  Tangier Lane, Eton.  Valuable very heavy Honda engine stolen from a boat moored up.  Access would have to have been via the river.

7/7 – 10/7  Friday 3 p.m. / Monday 6.50 a.m.  Quarry, Riding Court Road.  Someone has entered the premises and used rocks, to smash the windows in plant and machinery, causing a substantial amount of damage which will cost a great deal of money to repair.

9/7  Sunday 5 p.m. Holmlea Road, Datchet.  House window smashed with something from a catapult.

7/7  Friday 9.30 p.m.  The Green, Wraysbury.  Bike stolen.  The thief made off towards Datchet.  The thief is described as white, about 20s, short light brown hair. Slim, and clean shaven.  A green & black, Ral Helion, man’s mountain bike – WITH FRAME NUMBER.

8/7 – 9/7 Saturday 6 p.m. / Sunday 8.50 a.m.  Ham Island.  Wrapped up and hidden boat engine stolen from a rear garden by the river.

6/7 – 7/7  Thursday 7 p.m. / Friday 7.40 a.m.   Wheatsheaf Parade.  Car front and rear index plates stolen.
