Appeal for information following sexual exposure Reading

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses for information relating to a sexual exposure in Reading on Thursday (6/7).

At around 4.30pm, a man approached a woman who was sunbathing on the Bath Road side of Prospect Park in Reading. He tried to start a conversation and asked for her telephone number. When she asked him to go away, he exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately.

The woman was not injured.

The man is Asian, in his late 20s, 5ft 5ins and of medium build. He had short dark hair with no facial hair or tattoos. At the time of the incident he was wearing a white t-shirt with knee-length denim jeans and was carrying a bag.  

Investigating officer, PC Harry Dorey from Reading Police Station would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident.
