Burglary Alert

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Dear Bletchley and surrounding users,

We would like to make you aware of 5 more burglary offences in Bletchley.


At some point between 06:00-07:00, on Friday 7th July 2017 a house was burgled on Westminster Drive. Entry was gained by an insecure front door, a hand bag, mobile phone and money were stolen.

The second occurred on Thursday 6
th
July 2017 at 09:15 on Dorest Close. Money, jewellary and perfume were stolen.

The third also occurred on Thursday
6th
July 2017, between 00:00-09:00, on Garrowmore Grove. Entry was gained via the front door. A TV, sound bar and skybox were stolen.

The fourth also occurred between Wednesday 28
th June and Thursday 29th June 2017 between 23:00-04:30 on Leon Avenue. Entry was gained by the front door with minimal damage caused. A TV, laptop and money were stolen.


The fifth occurred on Tuesday 27th June 2017 between 11:15-12:15 on Flexerne Crescent. Entry was gained via a smashed window in the rear door, a messy search was conducted. At this stage it is unknown if any property was stolen.

 

Due to the number of burglaries in close proximity, this area is now being patrolled by Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers (PCSO's) more regularly.
