Crime Update Monday 13th March 2017 - Windsor

11/3  Saturday 8 a.m.  Arthur Road.  A witness reported a car with a window smashed.  The owner was contacted and confirms, nothing stolen.
12/3  Sunday 3.20 a.m.  Victoria Street.  A police officer out on patrol saw a man with a traffic cone on his head.  He then threw it at a car causing a dent.  A man was arrested upon suspicion of causing criminal damage.
11/3  Saturday 9 p.m.  Arthur Road.  The aggrieved was walking along the road on her mobile phone.  Two men came up from behind her, grabbed her phone and ran off.  Once again – if you have a SMART phone, please make sure you have installed the Tracker software.
11/3  Saturday 8.40 p.m.  Leisure Pool , Stovell Road.  The aggrieved was sitting outside the leisure pool, when 2 young lads came up to him and asked for the time.  He took his phone out of his pocket to tell them the time, when they grabbed it and ran off.  They are described as white, about 18 years old with limited English.
10/3 – 11/3  Friday 11 p.m. / Saturday 1.30 a.m.  Arthur Road.  Moped stolen.  It was later found damaged.

12/3 – 13/3  Sunday 11.30 p.m. – Monday 8.30 a.m.  Church Terrace.  Shed break.  Access to rear garden via insecure garden gate.  Some plant pots thrown around, but nothing stolen.
10/3  Friday 6 a.m. / 8.30 a.m.  Maidenhead Road.  Car rear windscreen smashed for the second time.
10/3  9 a.m. / 1 p.m.  Oak Lane.  The owner organised that a parcel be delivered and left near her recycling bin.  They eventually found it dumped in the bin.  It had been opened, searched and discarded.
10/3  Friday 1 a.m. / 7 a.m.  Surly hall Walk.  Car passenger window smashed and cashbox WHICH HAD BEEN LEFT ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT covered by a coat, containing cash stolen.
9/3 – 10/3  Thursday 5.30 p.m. / Friday 9.20 a.m.  Elm RoadCAR ENTERED BY UNKNOWN MEANS – the owner was sure it was locked. The driver’s door was found open.  Sunglasses X 2 and CDs stolen.
10/3  Friday 12.30 p.m. / 4.30 p.m.  Broadley’s Sawyers Close.  Bike chained to railings stolen.  A black, Ammaco Free & Easy tricycle stolen.
4/3 – 11/3  Concorde Court.  Bike stolen from communal bike shed.  The lock has been cut through and left behind.  A white, Raleigh hybrid bike.

11/3  Saturday 11 a.m.  Woodland Avenue.  A witness reported that the rear windscreen of a car parked on the road has been smashed.

PCSO Alex Daniels has seized an old red & white Fletcher Bravo Classic ‘speed boat’ on a trailer, abandoned in Magna Carta Lane.  The boat contains a car radiator and 2 BMW 3 series car bonnets.  Does anyone know anything about this ?
7/3 – 11/3  Tuesday 4 p.m. / Saturday 4.35 p.m.  Horton Road.  Datchet.  Garage break.  Garage entered by force, but no evidence of damage.  Bike locked to itself stolen.  A silver, Cross, man’s, hybrid bike – WITH FRAME NUMBER.
11/3 – 12/3  Saturday 9 p.m. / Sunday 11.30 a.m.  Bell Weir Court, Wraysbury Road, Wraysbury.    Car keyed.  Repeat victim.  The last time excrement was placed over the car.
13/3  Monday 0.30 a.m.  Coppermill Road.  The owner heard a noise and went to investigate.  Four white men were on the driveway, having cut the chain on an iron gate.  They had then lifted the gate off of it’s posts and laid in on the pavement.  They then tried to break the lock on a tow bar to a caravan on the driveway.  The jacks raised and the motor mover disabled.  It has then been moved when the owner intervened.  Three men immediately made off in a white transit van and the fourth in a blue BMW M3.
10/3  Friday 11 a.m. / 12.30 p.m.  Datchet Road, Datchet.  Chained up electric bike stolen.  A silver, Cyclamatic Electric bike.
6.3 – 10/3  Monday 6 p.m / Friday 8.30 a.m.  Walpole Road.  Greenhouse windows smashed with potatoes !  Repeat victim.
